Dlgap1 KO mice showed disrupted protein interactions in the postsynaptic density, and deficits in sociability. Ambulation, rearing, anxiety, depression, locomotion, startle response and nest building were largely unaffected. Induced grooming and exploration activity were decreased (Coba MP, et al, Sci.
