Kctd13 heterozygous mutants with deletion of exon 2 predicted to introduce a premature stop codon in exon 4 using CMV-Cre expressed ubiquitously. Lat heterozygous mutant mice were generated by deletion of exons 1-8 encoding amino acids 1-169 of the mouse LAT (PMID 10204488, Dr. Weiguo Zhang).
